Cherry Splash 14-day Returns Policy

Cherry Splash aim to always provide you with high quality products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the order once you have received it. All eligible returned items will be processed for a refund or store credit if you prefer.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and hygiene label still attached and in its original packaging. We have the right to refuse any products sent back to us that do not meet these requirements. 

PLEASE NOTE sale items can be returned for exchange only. No refunds.

Returns Process


To process a return please contact us at info@cherrysplash.co.uk and provide us with your order details such as name on the order, order number and date the order was placed. Returns are arranged at the customer’s expense. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Cherry Splash cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


Inspection and Approval

We will notify you once your return has been received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
